Working from home in a Pandemic

We have yet to see anything like this current pandemic. Hopefully it won’t happen again but the chances are it will. With worldwide travel easily accessible to all, there’s a very real chance it could happen again. Viruses and diseases start spreading before we realise there is a problem. By the time we understand what is going on it is already spreading around the globe.

Life as we know it has changed drastically due to the pandemic with many countries in Lockdown trying to halt the spread.

Many companies have had to insist their employees work from home where possible. I believe that once this is over many companies will continue to encourage employees to work from home.

Previously many did not because of the concern their work force would not be focussed enough. Many were concerned they couldn’t have their regular productive meetings.

This Lockdown has proved to employers that this is not the case at all. Many of those working from home have reported much greater productivity without the distractions of being in an office and not wasting time on a commute to and from work. Meetings have gone ahead with technology utilised to assist. Now the companies realise that in many cases it is a better way of working.

There is a lot of good coming out of this already and more will come in the future. I suspect more businesses than ever will downsize their premises save on costs.

At this time, realising how easy online working is, more and more people are searching for work or a business so they can work from home all the time. It is an excellent time to make the leap. Get it started while you have more time and then build it up alongside your job until you are earning enough to be your own boss.

A lockdown is no one’s idea of Freedom but working from home is what many people dream of. Is freedom your goal?

The New Pricing coming

After May 11th 2020  the new pricing at Wealthy Affiliate will look like this:

• Premium Yearly = $495 per year (NEW PRICE)
• Premium Twice Yearly = $234 per 6 months (REMOVED)
• Premium Monthly = $49 per month (UNCHANGED)
• First Month Premium Monthly Offer = $19 First Month (UNCHANGED)

As you can see, the monthly price and first month price aren’t altered. The twice yearly pricing is no longer available and the yearly price has gone up.

About the New Yearly Pricing

Although the Premium Yearly price is going up there is more on offer. It made sense to go Premium before and if you look at industry standards and pricing it is still going to be a bargain to go Premium with the Yearly offer.

It just makes much more economic sense to pay yearly and business expenses are for many, tax deductible.

The full price Premium Yearly will include:

• $50 in Community Credits. 
• $93 discount on paying month to month
